Tricia Anders

An American Artist working in Los Angeles, California

Tricia Anders creates ominous scenes of odd doll like creatures looking lost in obscured worlds, her work expresses that strange twilight place we all sometimes visit at times of confusion or sadness. She manages to breathe life into her characters and paintings with a marvelous skill that extends to sculpture and probably beyond into life as well. I am becoming a big fan of low brow art at the moment(I have been interested in it to some degree for several years now...), but its harder than you think to find artists within the movement that really inspire, so finding Tricia was a joy!

Megumi

A Japanese artist currently living in Tokyo, Japan

I love Megumi's colours, they are gentle, inviting and friendly. Looking at her work is taking a quiet stroll or swimming in a tropical sea. It seems like each material she encounters she manages to guide around the image seamlessly and with joy, which makes them look really natural and I'm a sucker for natural born artists. I very much hope to see more from her soon..........

matthew knight

an irish artist currently living in amsterdam, holland
I'm really into paint at the moment and especially bright, unusual paintings with lot of light, so when i found matthew knight i also found all the elements i love housed in each painting. They feel alive, a rare quality in paintings, when you look at them they seem to shimmer and move. Each piece could hold your attention for hours as you inspect each mark and detail. They're both fun and aesthetically pleasing, which makes them wonderful.......

Jennifer Davis

An American Artist from Minneapolis, United States
I feel so much joy when I look at Jennifer Davis paintings, joy at the fact that they look like they have been truly loved during their creation. Each piece radiates ease, pleasure and beauty, they don't live up to some ridiculous fine art standard but instead happily exist in the lands between illustration and art, where my favourite things are made. Her style is gorgeous, I could look at her work all day long and not get tired of it, one day hopefully I will own one.
